Ultimate Wellness offerse two partnership opportunities. These partnership opportunities are available to individuals or companies who are interested in generating revenue for referrals.

The partnership opportunities are: Affiliate Partnership and Corporate Partnership.

 

The Affiliate Partnership

 

Affiliate Partnership is a terrific program for representatives, companies or associations who are involved with business networks. Additionally, customers referred by affiliates receive additional discounts on setup fees when they sign up for services.

Affiliate accounts are created and issued a unique identification number. Affiliates can refer customers by providing them with this unique identification number or by placing a link on their website. This link brings referral customer to a custom landing page. The website link includes the unique identifying number allowing us to record the referred business for the issuance of monthly commissions.

 

The monthly commissions are based on the lifetime number of referral accounts ranging from $50 up to $250 per referral. The commission structure is displayed on the following table:

 

1 - 25	$50 per referral
26 - 50	$100 the commission increases for each new referrals
51 - 100	$150
101 - 150	$200
151 +	$250

The Corporate Partnership

 

The Corporate Partnership is designed for companies who want to extend their brand identity to their network base. Corporate partners receive a private label identity for the website design, content and product or services that becomes available only to their customer network. Corporate partners have the option to manage their own customer base for a larger commission split. The commission split is based on the number of network accounts that will be established.
